Who We Are

Matt is the President of Advocacy Solutions, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Disability Help Group. Matt is also responsible for the strategic planning and development of areas involving technology, client services, and personnel within both Disability Help Group and Veterans Help Group. Matt has over 10 years of experience working in Social Security Disability and holds a VA Accreditation as well as memberships in NOVA and NOSSCR. Matt attended Temple University for his Juris Doctor and received a Bachelor in English and Psychology from University of Arizona.

Donnel is the VA Managing Advocate at Advocacy Solutions, responsible for the day-to-day operations and overseeing all employees of Veterans Help Group. Donnel brings over 10 years of experience serving the disabled veteran community working both at the agency level and litigating individual cases. Donnel holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Canter. Donnel is also an Accredited VA Advocate and member of NOVA.

Crescent is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Execution at Advocacy Solutions where she is responsible for developing and executing business initiatives for organizational growth and operational performance. Crescent has worked with the company for over 16 years optimizing strategies and practices on all areas of the business including client acquisition, customer service, case development, human resources, and information technology. Crescent completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Gloria is the Director of Human Resources for Advocacy Solutions, responsible for planning, leading, and developing the people strategy of the Company. Gloria ensures all legal compliance and helps with driving the company culture. Gloria has over 20 years of experience working in the HR field across several different industries. Gloria holds a Bachelor of Science in Juvenile Justice from Eastern Kentucky University and is both an HRCI – Certified Professional and SHRM – Certified Professional.

Marissa is the Data Development Director of Advocacy Solutions, planning and overseeing the technical components of development projects and responsible for analyzing and organizing the Company’s data and data systems. Marissa has worked with the Company for over 17 years and brings a strong breadth of experience in the space of data development. Marissa studied at Broward College and holds certifications as a Noble Systems Certified Administrator and Lotus Notes Developer.

Bobbi is the Office Manager at the Advocacy Solutions Clearwater office where she is the liaison between the Clearwater team and the Corporate office, and the Company’s external partners. Bobbi sits on the Company’s VA Advisory Board and collaborates with all non-profits partners, senior leadership, and human resources to execute business initiatives and community outreach projects at Veterans Help Group. Bobbi has over 20 years of management and leadership experience. Bobbi received her Master of Public Affairs and Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University.

Danielle is the Conversion Team Manager at Advocacy Solutions where she manages the pre-intake and agent teams. Danielle oversees all training, monitoring and development of the teams to ensure the highest level of customer service for our clients throughout this process. Danielle has worked for the Company for over 12 years and previously worked at a law firm where she strengthened her knowledge of the legal system. Danielle earned her degree in Liberal Arts from the College of Central Florida and is also a licensed health and life insurance agent.
